		<description>Yes, I&#039;m a carb and sugar lover. Can&#039;t go a week without speghetti and mac and cheese. I love French Vanilla ice cream and oreos and I&#039;ll crave a Pepsi or a Coke too. I thought buying a carb controller would help me, but I needed something that would help control the sugar as well. This product has everything. 
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;I do like it and I recommend it, but it appears to me that it doesn&#039;t necessarily cause weight loss, but it has prevented me from gaining weight when I go on one of my carb binges. I&#039;m happy about that and will always keep a bottle on hand for that reason. 
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;I must warn you though. The directions say to take 3 of these with meals. The first day I did that I had horrible gas all day. I didn&#039;t want to have to stop taking it so I lowered my dose to 2 pills with each carb meal and that actually did the trick. I actually watch my carb intake, my calories, and my fat, but now I can have my carb and eat it too.

		<description>I&#039;m amazed that the reviews for this DVD are so bad.  I was using 5 pounds weights and I worked up a sweat.  I&#039;m not a beginner to exercise either so it&#039;s definitely not because I&#039;m out of shape.  I liked that the moves involved both upper and lower body at once and combined cardio and strength training.

I didn&#039;t find the trainer to be too peppy but maybe it&#039;s because I&#039;ve used many exercise videos in the past.  I wouldn&#039;t say this workout is super difficult but it definitely works your body and I think if you do it for the recommended 3 days a week, you&#039;ll get results.  I&#039;ll update as I continue to use it to let you know my results since this was only my first time using it.  I just wanted to write a positive review since I feel like this DVD is much better than the reviews are showing.</description>

		<description>i have to say that with all the yoga stuff floating around i have tried my share of the stretching, aerobics and all the rest that have come out and nothing has come close to Glenda Twining&#039;s Yoga Turns Back the Clock.  It not only shows you minute details it follows a process that allows you to develope with the program.  so many of the new fad yoga workouts leaves you stretched too thin, because you are trying to get into positions that are awkward and almost impossible for anyone our age. Glenda gives yoga a whole new twist (haha) and you not only feel better but you start to see a change in your appearance. it is incredible.  i can&#039;t wait for Glenda&#039;s next book.</description>

		<description>I read the reviews and figured this would be a great way for me to learn yoga poses.

The instructions and pictures are great, they&#039;re step-by-step.  I read them through before actually trying the first workout.  One exercise flows right to the next.  But I had to keep stopping to look at the book, during the poses and between one pose and the next.  I suppose practicing each individual pose first before trying to put them all together would remedy that.  I could handle that.

But I have arthritis in my cervical spine and both shoulders, as well as fibromyalgia.  I&#039;m always told by doctors to &quot;do yoga&quot; and that&#039;s why i looked for a book suitable for beginners. The standing poses (like warrior) I can do.  But it seemed most of them required that I have a lot of weight held with my arms, putting painful load on my shoulder joints and neck.

I do some weight training and stretch exercises at the gym, but attempting these poses were far too painful for me at this time.</description>
